hi there hello
call me furina and im a student who likes to code and stuff,
languages
recently ive taken a liking for C. either way, heres the languages that i like and use constantly:
- c99: the bestest language ever
- zig: second bestest language ever, 1.0 tomorrow
- posix shell
and heres some more that i have adequate experience with:
- golang: mostly for web projects because it has an awesome concurrency model and all that.
- rust: its fast, and if you like pain its also safe
- python3: i just used it for 3 whole years straight im good at it i think
and some miscellaneous generic stuff like:
- generic webdev stuff like html/css/js
- better webdev stuff like typescript, scss and tailwind
- frameworks like svelte (+sveltekit), solidjs, and astro
contributions
loading contribution data...note: these arent necessarily code contributions, however i do code a lot in my private time outside of codeberg/github.
cool projects
- lumine: an x86_64 UEFI linux kernel bootloader
- envidiyuh: a fast runtime for (byte-level) markov chains
- lexyc: x86(64) compiler for a turing-complete esoteric programming language in zig (see original)
- brainfucc: a brainfuck compiler in C targeting the greatest architecture: RISC-V
miscellaneous projects
- ziggymirror: a community mirror for downloading zig written in posix shell
- judgementdaysimulator: JUDGEMENT! CRUSH! (random stuff in c/opengl)
- yurisync: a generic bluesky media sync tool that i branded with yuri because yuri is very important
- gopresence: discord presence library for golang programs (cross platform, and doesnt suck)
- clispy: a tiny lisp-like language.
interests
eh its more like i randomly start doing stuff but generally most of my likings can be classified into:
- networking: anything that involves two devices communicating
- graphics: started learning opengl and its awesome
- osdev: recently dipped my pinky toe into this, and let me tell you, its awesome. you should really try it out
- open source: our* code you mean
- creatures of steel
setup
- operating system: void linux
- window manager: sway.
- text editor/ide: helix
- ci/cid: woodpecker ci
i had a homelab setup on an old laptop but rn its offline. it would otherwise be available with reasonable uptime on this domain, as well as on the alt url https://focalors.pp.ua
when its fully restored, thereād be selfhosted ci and git for my other projects.
