  1. Add RETURNING INTO clause support 

    Adds support for parsing RETURNING INTO syntax used by Oracle/PL/pgSQL:
- RETURNING col1, col2 INTO var1, var2

Changes:
- Add ReturningClause struct and ReturningInto enum to ast/dml.rs
- Update Insert, Delete, Statement::Update to use Option<ReturningClause>
- Add parse_returning() helper function in parser
- Update Display implementations and spans
- Add tests for RETURNING INTO syntax
