Keeping our customers' data safe is central to how we build and run our services. If you come across a security issue in any of our products, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.
Email us at security@84codes.com. To send your report encrypted, use this PGP key. Please include plain-text steps to reproduce the issue and a screen recording that demonstrates it, so we can confirm and address it quickly. We can only respond to technical security reports.
We read every report and will acknowledge yours within a few business days. We'll keep you posted as we look into it and work to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as we can. Vulnerabilities in the broker software itself are best reported to the project: RabbitMQ or LavinMQ.
If you report an issue in good faith, please give us reasonable time to fix it before sharing any details publicly, and only ever access your own account and data. Don't do anything that could disrupt our services or affect other customers. We won't pursue action over good-faith research that follows these principles.
