Terms of Service
Last updated June 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AnyAPI Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("AnyAPI," "we," "us") governing your use of the AnyAPI website (getanyapi.com), the API gateway at api.getanyapi.com (including its MCP interface), our documentation, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.
1. The Service
AnyAPI is a unified gateway to data and scraping APIs: one interface, one API key, and one prepaid wallet for many underlying data capabilities. We normalize request and response schemas across data sources and may route, retry, or fail over between sources automatically to fulfill your requests.
AnyAPI is a technology platform. We retrieve data that you request through the Service; we do not curate, endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the content of retrieved data, and we are not a party to your use of that data.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
You may not create or use multiple accounts to claim promotional credits more than once, evade rate limits or pricing, or circumvent a suspension or termination. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. API keys and account security
You are responsible for keeping your API keys and account credentials confidential. All requests authenticated with your keys or account session are deemed made by you and are billed to your wallet. If you believe a key or your account has been compromised, revoke the key in your dashboard and notify us immediately at support@getanyapi.com.
4. Wallet, pricing, and payment
The Service is prepaid. You add funds to a USD wallet and each request is charged against your balance at the per-request price displayed in the catalog at the time of the request. Where the Service refers to "credits," it means your USD balance, not a separate currency or unit.
We may change per-request prices at any time; changes apply only to requests made after the change. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for top-ups you initiate, including automatic top-ups if you enable them. Prices are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes other than taxes on our income. Minimum and maximum top-up amounts may apply.
5. Refunds and balance expiration
You may request a refund of unused, purchased wallet funds within 14 days of the purchase by contacting support@getanyapi.com. After 14 days, purchased funds are non-refundable except as described below or as required by applicable law. Amounts already spent on requests are non-refundable.
If you close your account, or we terminate it for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund your unused purchased balance to your original payment method within 30 days, less any non-recoverable payment-processing costs. We reserve the right to expire unused balance 12 months after purchase, with at least 30 days' prior notice to the email on your account.
6. Free credits and promotions
Sign-up grants and other promotional credits have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable, may expire, and may be revoked if obtained or used in violation of these Terms (including through multiple accounts). Promotional credits may be consumed before purchased funds.
7. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In short: only collect data you are authorized to collect, comply with applicable law, and do not abuse the platform, the data sources it reaches, or the people whose data passes through it.
8. Your data and responsibility for data collection
"Customer Data" means the request parameters you submit to the Service and the data retrieved and returned to you in response. You decide what the Service retrieves; we act on your instructions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of Customer Data is lawful. This includes compliance with applicable laws (including data protection, intellectual property, and computer-access laws) and, where they apply to you, the terms of the websites and services from which data originates. It is your responsibility to verify, before collecting data, that you are authorized to do so. We make no representation that retrieving or using any particular data is lawful for your purposes, and we are not liable for the lawfulness of your use of the Service or of Customer Data.
Where Customer Data contains personal data, you are the data controller and we act as your processor, processing it only to provide the Service. You represent that you have a valid legal basis for that processing. A data processing addendum is available on request at support@getanyapi.com.
9. Third-party data sources and infrastructure
The Service depends on third-party data sources and infrastructure that we do not control. Coverage, fields, formats, pricing inputs, and availability of any API in the catalog may change or be discontinued at any time without notice, and we may add, modify, remove, or re-route catalog APIs at our discretion. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, freshness, or availability of retrieved data, and we are not liable for unavailability, degradation, or changes caused by third-party sources or infrastructure.
10. Availability, rate limits, and service changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. To protect the platform and its data sources, we may impose or adjust rate limits, throttle or sandbox accounts exhibiting abnormal usage, and suspend access during incidents, where reasonably possible with notice, but without notice where necessary. We may modify or discontinue features of the Service; if we discontinue the Service entirely, the refund terms in Section 5 apply to your unused purchased balance.
11. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, gateway, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
As between you and us, you own Customer Data. You grant us a license to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, bill for, and improve the Service. We own usage metadata and telemetry about the operation of the Service (such as request counts, latency, error rates, and spend), and we may use and publish aggregated, de-identified data. If you send us feedback, we may use it without restriction or obligation.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL RETRIEVED DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING RETRIEVED DATA AND DETERMINING WHETHER THE SERVICE IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR BUSINESS, LEGAL, SECURITY, PRIVACY, AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
14. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnyAPI Labs, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) Customer Data, including claims by the operators of data sources or by data subjects, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access (with notice where reasonably practicable, and without notice where necessary) if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if required by law, or to protect the Service, its data sources, or other customers.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data after a reasonable period. Refunds of unused purchased balance are handled under Section 5; no refund is owed if we terminate for your breach. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8 and 11–17) survive.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one year after it accrues, where permitted by applicable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or through the Service before they take effect; other changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. A dispute is governed by the version of the Terms in effect when the dispute arose.
18. General
These Terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect; a failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You must comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws and may not use the Service if you are in an embargoed jurisdiction or on a restricted-party list. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party data sources or infrastructure. You consent to receive notices from us electronically.
