The main change is renaming the directory structure, in line with other Basalt packages. Moreover, changing pkg/lib to pkg/src. Other miscellaneous changes were made as well

This update doesn't do anything new; it simply uses basalt version to ensure the version specified in basalt.toml matches the git tag

This release comes with package fixes

This is similar to the previous release, namely fixes to the basalt.toml file such that it should work with the latest Basalt versions. Changes of this category should not longer be required as the TOML file (and in general, Bash project layouts) are now more stable, more or less.
