A collection of 4 Oases. Trees and decor spawn using the topology in game to reduce prefab count. Has a much smaller terrain mask than the FacePunch Oasis to make placement easier. Each Oasis is about the size of an Ice Lake. If you don't apply biome then you can let the natural trees and bushes spawn for the biome it's placed in. Can build in this area. Place "Prevent Building Sphere" in RustEdit or use "Zone Manager" if desired for no building. Each oasis has fresh water to drink and riverside topology for corn and pumpkins to grow. Sometimes the height mask doesn't place right so sometimes you need to adjust with the terrain tool a bit around the edges. Oasis is a new concept of custom map for rust. Everything is surrounded by desert and in the middle is a huge green oasis. In the Oasis, you can find many custom places to build. Two cities are made in such a way as to allow you to build inside some houses. You can completely build up the first floor, and the second floor has several varieties of interior for your comfort. You may notice flying islands with the possibility to build. Can also build in custom small canyon caves screenshots of some of them you can see. In the middle of the oasis is a large oilrig, which is completely restyled. Also some custom monuments inside and outside the oasis. Connect to our discord: click me Lore Map: In 2087, an ecological catastrophe occurred, the planet Earth slows down its rotation and the sun begins to burn the earth more and more. The earth was engulfed in chaos, it was becoming increasingly difficult to live in cities, and people had to adapt to a new life in the current conditions. The authorities of all countries united and created a new branch of scientists in the Cobalt organization, who were supposed to study new weather conditions, and they were also required to find and preserve vegetation that had begun to disappear due to a large drought. A new group of scientists settled near winter, in a small depression, away from prying eyes. People are divided… Some wanted more power and resources, they began to rob and destroy people who refused to obey them – they were called marauders. Marauders lived in the forests, built roadblocks, and seized oil and ore quarries. Marauders also tried to capture the abandoned city all the time, these lands were called neutral territories. The civilian population (Nomads) was expelled from the forests, and they had to adapt to a new life in the desert. This monument is inspired by Far Cry 3 — specifically the iconic scene where Vaas talks about insanity and throws the main character into the water. The monument consists of 450 parts. How to loot: The only way inside is to take a leap of faith and jump down into the water. There’s about a 5% chance to die from the fall (and a chance to get killed by a crocodile). Underwater you’ll find various loot, including random mining stones. However, if you jump down without a blue keycard, you won't be able to get out — you’ll need it to proceed further. After opening the door, you can loot 3 military crates and 1 elite crate. The exit goes through a small cave, with additional resources along the way. Note: There is only one way in — the water jump.
